Hi, I'm Laura Hopkins

Let's be honest, diet culture sucks.  There is so much misinformation out there on the right ways to be "healthy". 

 

I’ve struggled with my health for the last 10 years.  I was always looking for ways to be healthier, but with so much information out there, I didn’t know where to start

 

I would restrictive diet (and then gain the weight back), exercise too hard for awhile and then not exercise at all.  I was all over the place.  Then one day, my doctor told me I would have to take a certain medicine every day for the rest of my life in order to be healthy. 

 

I thought that was bullshit. There had to be a better way

 

I decided to look more into holistic ways to take care of my body.  This led me to eating healthy on a consistent basis and in turn, making lifestyle choices that were more in line with my goals.  I then had an epiphany.

 

It took me too long to realize I should have been taking care of my body from the inside out.  I wanted to help others step out of pain, misery and discomfort and take control of their health

 

I became certified as a Health Coach and feel passionate every day about what I do.  Our food system isn’t what meets the eye and our health isn’t either.  Pills may help symptoms, but they don't get to the root of the problem.  The bottom line is,

 

 I believe you have the power to change the trajectory of your lifelong health by the choices you make today and tomorrow.  It may not seem like much, but in the long game, it all counts.  I promise you will start seeing your health, food and lifestyle a little bit differently and for the better.

12 weeks of fun, education and ACTION

During the 12 weeks, you will be learning about how some of the unhealthy choices you make aren't your fault.  We will work together to get you on the right track and make healthy habits effortless.  I guarantee you will feel healthier and stronger by the end of the 12 weeks.

 

Weekly coaching calls

You heard right.  That’s 12 coaching calls!  We will meet on a weekly basis to talk about what’s going well and what we need to tweak.  We will talk about all things health and wellness.

 

Daily Support in a closed group

You’ll have my personal support and the support of the women who are with you in the group each step of the way, so you never feel stuck or like you’re in it alone.

 

​Accountability and motivation

Not only will you have the support and guidance from me, but also from the women beside you!  Each week you will be connected with a different woman in your group to be accountability buddies.  

Workouts

Each week I will be giving you different exercises and show you the correct form and technique to do the exercises.  

Let's not forget about FOOD!

I will give you grocery lists as guidelines for what to shop for and recipes galore.  You will NOT be following any certain diet or be restricted during these 12 weeks.  These 12 weeks are about discovering what helps you find your healthy groove.

 FAQ 

What if I can't make some of the weekly calls?

 

That's ok!  The weekly calls are not mandatory and will be recorded.  You are still able to chat with me and your fellow group gals as often as you would like.

How does this differ from health apps I've tried in the past?

One word. ACCOUNTABILITY.  You will be a joining a group of like-minded women who are looking to make similar changes.  This course also isn't a cookie-cutter program.  As we move along through the program, I will adapt and tailor the content to what everyone is interested in achieving.

What will we be learning?

We will be talking about everything related to health.  Food, exercise, stress, time management, supplementation, the psychology of habits and how to change them and so much more!

I am generally a healthy person - is this program for me? 

YES! There is always more to learn to make you better and healthier.  Health is a journey not a destination (believe me, I live in this statement).  This course will give you so many tools to take your health from good to great.
